There are also several submarines caves to explore, so this place is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

Cava dell’Isola (Forio)

Rather than just sunbathing, there’s a beach where to play sports such as beach volley or snorkeling, listening to music and have a drink facing the sea: if you are so inclined, then Cava dell’Isola is the right place. It’s near Forio and, arriving from the sea you will spot the famous Chiesa del Soccorso; moreover, a thermal bath is just ten minutes from here. The bay has a charming view on the coast, with wild nature and delightful landscapes.

Inglesi Beach (Ischia Porto)

If you are looking for a quiet beach not too far from the town of Ischia Porto, then the Inglesi beach is right for you. Its name means beach of the English people, and despite being a narrow space, it’s still magnificent: black sand, clear water, and many caves to explore. As high cliffs surround the bay, you would prefer visiting the Inglesi beach in the morning, when the sun is high and the bay full of sunlight.

Fumarole (Maronti)
