A unique week of sailing is about to start in the Gulf of Naples with the Rolex Capri Sailing Week 2017, taking place from May 5 to 13. This prestigious regatta connects Naples and Capri and is organised by four of the most influential Italian yacht clubs: Yacht Club Italiano, Circolo del Remo e della Vela Italia, Yacht Club Capri and Circolo Canottieri Aniene, in partnership with Rolex.

The event attracts passionate sailors, owners and spectators from all over the world, combining top-level competition with one of the most scenic sailing grounds in the Mediterranean.

Programme of Rolex Capri Sailing Week 2017

• On May 5, the 63rd edition of the Regata dei Tre Golfi starts at midnight: yachts will sail from the Bay of Naples, rounding Gaeta, Salerno, Ponza and Li Galli before reaching Capri.
• Between May 10 and 13, the Campionato Nazionale del Tirreno (Tyrrhenian National Championship), the Farr 40 Class Regatta and the Mylius Cup will animate the waters around the island.
• On May 13, the official Rolex Capri Sailing Week prize-giving ceremony will take place in Capri, closing the event in style.
